    Brian Shepard, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

    Brian Shepard leads Canada Web Hosting's growth, financing and business planning. He is focused on building industry partnerships, acquisitions, recruiting quality personnel and shaping the culture of the company to embody its core business values. He has over ten years experience operating his own companies in the hosting industry and majored in computer science and economics at Brock University.

    Kelly Beardmore, Chief Technical and Security Officer

    Kelly Beardmore has helped turn Canada Web Hosting into a leading provider of managed hosting services in Canada through his vision and dedication to operational excellence. Mr. Beardmore was RackForce Hosting Inc.'s Operations Manager and Business Strategist for three years before moving to Canada Web Hosting in October of 2004. Mr. Beardmore holds a Bachelors Degree in Politics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters Degree in Contemporary Political and Social Thought from the University of Victoria.

    Bill Dinardo, Executive Director

    Bill is the founder and former President and C.E.O. of Grocery Gateway Inc., one of North America's most successful online grocery and home delivery services. Bill conceived of Grocery Gateway Inc. in 1996 and over the next 4 years raised close to $70 million in venture capital financing. He led the company from 1 to 400 employees and annualized sales of close to $40 million at its peak. He assembled a world-class team and led them in building one of Toronto's most recognized new service brands. Bill was Ernst & Young's recipient of their 2000 Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and a finalist in the Toronto CMA's Marketer of the Year in 2001. Bill is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and currently sits on the board of four companies as well as serving on the advisory council of Dixon Hall.

    Scott Bryan, Legal Council and Advisor

    Scott was the co-founder and EVP, General Counsel of Grocery Gateway. Scott structured numerous venture capital financings at Grocery Gateway, raising in aggregate more than $130 million from angels, strategic partners, VC's and institutional investors such as the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Scott also managed communications with the Grocery Gateway Board of Directors and provided leadership to the Grocery Gateway human resource function, growing the company from 40 to 500 employees. Scott brings considerable experience in deal structuring, human resource management and corporate governance. With a background in private practice and extensive in-house experience, Scott has a practical, productive approach to legal and human resource issues.

    Michael Turcsanyi, Vice President of Account Services

    Michael Turcsanyi is responsible for Canada Web Hosting's IT Services (Support and Delivery). He is a certified ITIL Practitioner in change, configuration and release management and holds certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Mr. Turcsanyi was also the IT Manager for The Equitable Trust Company and most recently the Release Manager for the Royal Bank of Canada's Action Direct online trading application. In addition, he was the co-founder of Bagna Networks Inc. which was acquired by Canada Web Hosting in 2005. Mr. Turcsanyi holds a diploma in Network Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

    Marshall Black, Vice President of Operations

    Marshall Black heads up our Operations department which includes: Technical Account Services; Technical Support Services; Deployment Services and the Technical Services Group. Marshall has over 25 years IT management, business development and consulting experience across many industry verticals. His past experience includes: Programming Manager for a large Canadian trucking company; DC manager for the Canadian division of a world-wide integrated transportation company; VP Network Services for one of Canada's largest mutual fund providers; Sr. Consultant for an engineering and IT services firm; VP/CIO for a technology leasing and asset management company and VP Business Development for telecom equipment VAR. Marshall makes his home in Mississauga, ON with his wife and 2 children and is active in his community including 15 years as a leader with Scouts Canada.

    Barry Cohen, Vice President of Sales

    Barry Cohen leads the sales organization for Canada Web Hosting and is responsible for global sales growth and strategic business development. Barry leads a growing sales team responsible for both direct sales and channel partner initiatives. Barry has a successful track record in sales, marketing and business development in technology and services companies. Prior to joining Canada Web Hosting, Barry was Regional Vice President for Nexient Learning. He has worked in leadership roles in high growth, early stage companies including Clearnet, BCE Emergis, Jonas & Erickson as well as several startups. Barry has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, as well as Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
